Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and leading the team to deliver high-quality BBQ dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations
  • Lead the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food presentation
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance the dining experience
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control
