Role: Sous Chef

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is partnering with a 4-star hotel in Gloucestershire to find a skilled Sous Chef to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team and maintaining kitchen organisation.
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and company standards are met.
  • Contribute to menu creation and staff training opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality dishes in a timely manner using fresh, seasonal ingredients. They will have previous hotel experience and a fresh food background, with good leadership skills and the ability to work closely with the Head Chef.

Please note: accommodation is not available with this role, so candidates should only apply if they are able to commute to the Gloucester area on a daily basis.
