We manage over 200 developments nationally, overseeing more than 8000 apartments and providing property services and customer care to over 10,000 retired people.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Residential Operations Manager.

As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement developments, providing exceptional service to our homeowners and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £21,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits, including annual holiday entitlement of 24 days + Bank Holidays, a day off on your Birthday, Life Assurance, Eye Care reimbursement and Professional development and qualifications.
