Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Complex Care Nurse to join our community team. As a member of our team, you will work closely with families to develop individualised care plans and ensure continuity of care. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions between settings.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to children with clinical complex needs.">
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with families and healthcare professionals.">
  • Ensure continuity of care by working closely with families and other healthcare professionals.">
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to discuss client care and make decisions about treatment.">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 12 months' UK experience working closely with people with clinical complex needs.">
  • Tracheostomy Care and Suctioning, Tracheostomy Tube Change, ventilation via Tracheostomy, and Ventilation via a mask skills.">
  • Availability for last-minute shifts on an as-and-when basis.">
  • Willingness to travel and work flexibly.">

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including holiday pay, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive team environment.
