About the Role

Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of project management and programme management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Manage projects and/or programmes to deliver high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with business procedures.
  • Customer Engagement: Positively engage with customers and develop, grow, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Contract Administration: Administer contracts as a contract administrator, employer's agent, or project manager.
  • Service Delivery: Deliver high-quality services and deliverables ensuring that services meet our customer's requirements.
  • Team Management: Manage teams and mentor and coach employees to realize their full potential.
  • Bid Preparation: Prepare bids for services.
  • Profit Management: Manage service delivery for profit.
  • Issue Management: Advise directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance.
About You

We are looking for an experienced project management professional with a sound understanding of project management techniques and the ability to administer construction contracts. You will have excellent communication skills, a methodical approach to work, and the ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily.

Requirements
  • Experience: Sound project management and/or programme management experience post qualification.
  • Knowledge: Sound knowledge and practiced experience of project management techniques.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, methodical way of thinking, and ability to absorb complex information.
  • Qualifications: MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), MAPM (Member of the Association of Project Managers), or MCIOB (Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders).
