About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Project Manager to join our team at APUC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing procurement projects across various categories and spend areas, ensuring compliance with institutional and statutory needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage Framework Agreements and supplier relationships
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify procurement opportunities and develop solutions
  • Ensure compliance with EU and Scottish public procurement regulations
  • Provide expert advice on procurement matters to internal stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar procurement role, with a strong understanding of EU and Scottish public procurement regulations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
