About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Professional to join our team at BAE Systems (New). As a Graduate Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of various projects and services across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to project teams in the management of portfolios, programmes, and projects.
  • Assist in the interpretation and facilitation of governance and reporting processes.
  • Contribute to the management of project finance activities and guide junior team members.
  • Support senior project management professionals in mobilizing teams and managing suppliers, contractors, and associates.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigations associated with projects.
  • Contribute to the execution of project and quality plans.
  • Provide high-quality reports and proactively monitor costs, timescales, and resources.
Requirements
  • On track to achieve/already achieved a 2:2 degree.
  • Graduated within the last 3 years.
  • Eligible for a Government Security Clearance.
