- Deliver High-Quality Services and deliverables that meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.
- Manage Projects and Programmes to deliver high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with business procedures and industry standards.
- Administer Contracts as a contract administrator, employer's agent, or project manager to ensure compliance and successful project outcomes.
- Prepare and Present to customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Mentor and Coach employees to help them realize their full potential and contribute to the company's growth and success.
- Prepare Bids for services and develop business opportunities to drive revenue growth and company expansion.
- Manage Service Delivery for profit and ensure that services meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.
- Advise Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen or may arise on projects, particularly those that might impact on Gleeds' professional indemnity (PI) insurance.
We are looking for an experienced project management professional with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services and projects. The ideal candidate will have:
- Sound Project Management and/or Programme Management Experience post-qualification.
- Sound Knowledge and Practiced Experience of project management techniques and industry standards.
- Ability to Administer Construction Contracts as a contract administrator, employer's agent, and/or project manager.
- Clear Understanding of Legislation impacting on building contracts and industry standards.
- Excellent Communication Skills - both oral and written.
- Methodical Way of Thinking and approach to work.
- Ability to Absorb Complex Information and assess requirements readily.
- Excellent Problem-Solving, Negotiating, Financial, and Numeracy Skills.
- Sound ICT Skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to Work as Part of a Team and manage teams to achieve project success.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification, such as MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB, and have a strong understanding of the construction industry and project management principles.
