Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and develop a portfolio of corporate and MICE accounts across multiple locations, targeting new business opportunities.
  • Develop, foster, and grow relationships with key decision makers to achieve set client activity levels and business targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and account current affairs, as well as market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Radisson Hotel Group to promote marketing opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage client profiles, sales reports, and administrative activities in Opera, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proactive sales experience, preferably in hotels or property management, with a strong portfolio of corporate and MICE accounts.
  • Independence and proactivity in managing multiple accounts and driving business growth.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Opera and other relevant systems, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
