Our client, a leading automotive business, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team in Norwich. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximise service profitability through effective sales techniques and product promotions.
- Sell additional products and services to customers, ensuring they are aware of all available options.
- Maintain effective liaison with sales, parts, and workshop teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Ensure the reception desk is tidy and well-presented, promoting a professional image.
- Provide exceptional customer care, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a Service Advisor role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong sales and product knowledge, with the ability to promote additional services and products to customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple customer interactions.
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm, with alternate Saturdays, 8:30am - 1:00pm.
