Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Operations Manager to join our team at Group 1 Automotive. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of automotive professionals to ensure the dealership is adequately resourced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service Manager to lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals
  • Help drive a high-performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed
  • Oversee the service division, managing resource levels and productivity
  • Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with Marshall Motor Group, manufacturer and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience within the automotive industry is advantageous
  • Experience working in an agile environment, where you have responded quickly to changing business needs
  • An open and approachable leadership style, with experience motivating & coaching staff members
