Family Support Practitioner

Key Responsibilities- Provide support to children and young people in a challenging environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding results
- Highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in supporting vulnerable populations
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive hourly rate of GBP13.00 to GBP15.00 per hour
- Sleep-in payments of up to GBP75.00 per shift
- Long days with sleep-ins
The estimated salary for this position ranges from approximately GBP26,400 to GBP30,000 per annum, based on a 37-hour working week.
