We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to act as a liaison between our clients and internal departments, ensuring the successful transition of projects from concept to completion and in compliance with contractual terms and SLA's.

Our client is a leading media procurement agency offering integrated print, creative, marketing, and digital solutions. They provide a range of media solutions from print to social media strategies to help build company brands and establish strong customer relationships.

The Account Manager will embody company values and possess excellent customer service and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail. You will aid the Account Director in service delivery, improving margin and revenue, and driving cost savings while working effectively with other business functions, including Sales, Finance, Procurement, and IT/Systems.

To be successful, the candidate must have strong networking skills and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders to better understand customer requirements and suggest improvements/efficiencies.

  • Understand customer needs and respond to customer requests, ensuring service levels and KPI's are always met.
  • Support line manager in implementing new projects and account deliverables.
  • Understand contract deliverables (including financials) for your account and how your role contributes to these.
  • Manage the full end-to-end process (utilizing all internal systems and ways of working as defined and within the required timelines).
  • Where appropriate, manage Account Executives through setting objectives, measuring performance, and identifying skills gaps.
  • Support driving continuous improvements across all internal and external processes, innovations, communications, and services.
  • Take an active role in developing the account, supporting the account director, identifying, and escalating potential sales and margin opportunities.
  • Assist the Account Director in maintaining Ways of Working documents (WoW's).
  • Maximize commercial opportunities where possible on allocated accounts.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years print experience (Print, Direct Mail, Print Management, Large Format, POS).
  • 2 years Account Management experience.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, under pressure with minimal supervision.
