Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Support Consultant to join our team. As a key contact for supported customers, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and shaping the evolution of our customers' solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to all supported customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with key customers to expand the partnership and deliver exceptional support services.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of supported customer applications, including Microsoft Data Analytics solutions.
- Proactively manage support contracts and maintain up-to-date customer documentation.
- Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure smooth handover of projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience working with Microsoft Data Analytics solutions on-premise and in the cloud.
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL, Data Factory, Synapse Pipelines, SQL Server BI suite, Power BI, and Azure Fundamentals.
- Experience with troubleshooting and support in an ITIL environment.
- Proficiency in Databricks, Python,.NET Framework, IBM Cognos BI, and IBM Planning Analytics.
- Relevant certifications, such as Azure Fundamentals, Data Fundamentals, and Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
