Job Summary:

This Assistant Facilities Manager role is a fantastic opportunity to join a household name in the property sector and progress into more senior level roles. You will be responsible for delivering a professional, customer-focused FM service, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery to occupiers, achievement of agreed SLAs for service provision and management, and full statutory/regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor works and activity conducted by contractors/suppliers on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with procedures set out in respect of verification, approval, and/or sign-off.
  2. Provide first-line escalation and support in respect of supplier performance, delivery, and personnel-related issues, ensuring complaints/issues are dealt with expeditiously and professionally.
  3. Promote and maintain effective engagement and communication with occupier/business representatives and key stakeholders, demonstrating a customer-focused approach and a commitment to service excellence.
