Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Assistant Facilities Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the facilities management team, you'll be responsible for delivering a professional, customer-focused FM service to our clients' occupiers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver a high-quality FM service, ensuring consistent delivery to occupiers, achievement of SLAs, and full statutory/regulatory compliance.
  2. Monitor works and activity conducted by contractors/suppliers, ensuring compliance with procedures and verification processes.
  3. Provide first-line escalation and support for supplier performance, delivery, and personnel-related issues.
  4. Promote effective engagement and communication with occupier/business representatives and key stakeholders.
