Facilities Manager

Velocity Recruitment is seeking an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager/Facilities Co-Ordinator to join one of the UK's leading multi-disciplined property companies. This exciting opportunity will see you working with a wide range of services to a multi-national client base, acting as a principal main contractor on projects for their clients existing property portfolio's including M&E upgrades, building fabric refurbishment and commercial fit out with values from £100k - £5million.
The Role- Delivering a Professional FM Service: Ensure consistent and high-quality delivery to the occupiers, achievement of agreed SLAs for service provision and management, and full statutory/regulatory compliance.
- Monitoring Works and Activity: Verify, approve, and sign-off on works conducted by contractors/suppliers, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- First Line Escalation and Support: Provide support in respect of supplier performance, delivery, and personnel-related issues, ensuring complaints/issues are dealt with expeditiously and professionally.
- Promoting Engagement and Communication: Demonstrate a customer-focused approach and a commitment to service excellence, promoting effective engagement and communication with occupier/business representatives and key stakeholders.
- Compliance with Procedures: Comply with all procedures, ensuring a high level of service delivery and quality.
