Lester Aldridge, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join its busy team based at its head office in Bournemouth. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to travel to the firm's offices in London and Southampton regularly.

This is an exciting time for the Facilities team as it embarks on a programme of transformation. The Facilities Manager will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the facilities management service and team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a first-class facilities management service.
  • Manage, develop, and coach the facilities management team.
  • Procure, tender, and appoint contractors and suppliers.
  • Project manage and deliver facilities management projects.
  • Develop facilities standards, policies, and processes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years' recent facilities management experience with a competent understanding of workplace, facilities, and health and safety management.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing and developing a facilities team and managing change.
  • A qualification in a relevant facilities discipline or equivalent, and relevant qualifications or experience.
  • Membership of a recognised facilities organisation is desirable.
