We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Transactions: Process purchase invoices, create and maintain supplier records, and handle purchase ledger runs.
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Debtors and Creditors: Produce and check Debtors and Creditors reports and aged analyses to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Administrative Tasks: File and maintain financial records, process post trays, and deal with ad-hoc queries and reports.
- Qualifications: QBE (qualified by experience) or studying towards a relevant qualification.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with purchase ledger or sales ledger invoice processing.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, PC/IT literacy, and excellent communication skills.
