We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team at Marlborough Highways. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing supplier payments, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and verify supplier invoices for payment
- Reconcile supplier statements and ensure accurate financial records
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Process and manage financial data, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance or accounting preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
