The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing psychological input within our hospital, working with adult service users experiencing complex mental health needs.

">Job Summary
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address various emotional distress.
  • Take a key role in service development, contributing to MDT care planning and review, staff training, and professional development.
  • Engage in CPD and contribute to audit and research initiatives.
Requirements
  • Holding membership in a recognized professional association (HCPC)
  • Extensive experience in providing one-to-one therapy to clients with various emotional and psychological issues
  • In-depth knowledge and experience working with adult caseloads
