Education Support Professional

We are currently recruiting for an Education Support Professional to join our team in the Chelmsley Wood and Smiths Wood area. This role involves providing support to students in primary and secondary schools on a day-to-day basis.
The successful candidate will have experience in supporting students with their learning, including 1:1 mentoring and small group work. They will also be responsible for engaging and motivating students to complete their work, as well as providing feedback to teachers on student progress.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. We offer a competitive salary of £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
- Ability to pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
- Up to date Safeguarding Training
