Special Education Support Professional

Smile Education is working with a warm and welcoming Primary School in South Birmingham to recruit an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant. The position is for the remainder of the academic year, full-time, 5 days a week, and will start immediately.
The school is seeking an individual with experience working with children who have complex, profound, and multiple learning difficulties, associated communication and language difficulties, and challenging behaviors. To be considered, applicants must have:
- A Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent
- Experience working with children with SEN
- The right to work in the UK
- Engaging, positive, and reliable qualities
- A DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
