Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Desk Team Lead to join our Cyber Support Engineering team at Airbus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 1st line Engineers and ensuring they provide a high-quality service to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 1st line Engineers to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure all SLA/KPI targets are met, and the team is working efficiently.
  • Mentor and coach Engineers to help them progress in their careers and develop their skills.
  • Provide high-level support to customers, leading by example and demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Manage a rota to ensure the desk is covered between the hours of 8-5, ensuring seamless support to our users.

About You:

  • ITIL trained and experienced working on a service desk with an ITSM tool.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Keen to learn and help with any task required, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of our team.
