About the Role:

As a Service Desk Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 1st line Engineers, ensuring the team provides a high-quality service to our users, and meeting all SLA/KPI targets. You will also mentor and coach Engineers to help them progress, and lead by example, providing support to customers at a high level.

About You:

  • ITIL Trained: Experience working on a service desk with an ITSM tool.
  • Attention to Detail: Someone who takes pride in the quality of their work.
  • Keen to Learn: Willing to help with any task that is required.
