Job Title: Cyber Support Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Support Engineer to join our growing Cyber Support Engineering team at Airbus. As a Cyber Support Engineer, you will be responsible for leading investigations and resolving issues that are escalated from the help desk, assisting and mentoring junior members of the team, maintaining and monitoring the equipment on internal and external classified networks, and involved in all aspects of the support of the network infrastructure including build, patching, user support, data backup, and implementing changes, all following standard ITIL processes.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience supporting network infrastructure, experience with networking, firewall configuration, load balancers, Windows (Server and Desktop), virtualisation (ESXi), backup, and patching. You will also need to be able to work flexibly and be able to communicate effectively with the team.
