Project Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our Campus Development team at the University of Reading. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex repair and refurbishment projects from inception to handover.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years' experience in building surveying, managing small to medium-sized property projects. A relevant professional membership such as MRICS/MCIOB (or equivalent) is required.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver complex repair and refurbishment projects
- Collaborate with campus-wide stakeholders to deliver the Estates Strategy
- Work on a diverse range of buildings, from Grade II listed to modern structures
- Join an established Campus Development team within Estates
- Basic salary: £45,585 to £56,585
