Junior Systems Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Systems Project Manager to join our team at Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines. As a key member of our project team, you will provide support and assistance to Project Managers in all aspects of the project life cycle, including pre-project, initiation, supplier selection, design, testing, and implementation.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the planning and delivery of smaller scale changes to existing applications and services, both ship and shoreside, in line with Fred. Olsen's project methodology. You will also liaise with 3rd party vendors to provide ad-hoc support for the reservations system, ensuring the resolution of operational issues is effectively communicated to business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to Project Managers in all aspects of the project life cycle.
- Manage the planning and delivery of smaller scale changes to existing applications and services.
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors to provide ad-hoc support for the reservations system.
- Assist with the testing of new applications and processes delivered as part of projects.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have an understanding of the fundamentals of project management and be able to carry out specific supporting activities. You will also be enthusiastic, organized, and proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
