Junior Systems Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Systems Project Manager to join our team at Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines. As a key member of our Shore Based team, you will provide critical support and assistance to our System Project Managers, helping to deliver multiple business-critical projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering smaller-scale changes to our existing systems, working closely with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements. You will also manage the change through to completion and handover to BAU, ensuring seamless delivery and minimal disruption to our operations.
Based in our Ipswich Head Offices, you will be part of a diverse and supportive team that values open communication, creative thinking, and continuous self-development. This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week, with flexibility required to meet the needs of the business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing support and assistance to Project Managers in all aspects of the project life cycle, including pre-project, initiation, supplier selection, design, testing, and implementation.
- Managing the planning and delivery of smaller-scale changes to existing applications and services, both ship and shoreside, in line with Fred. Olsen's project methodology.
- Liaising with 3rd party vendors to provide ad-hoc support for the reservations system, ensuring effective resolution of operational issues is communicated to business stakeholders.
- Assisting with the testing of new applications and processes delivered as part of projects.
