Junior Site Operations Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level professional to join DBR Limited as an Assistant Site Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced management and conservation team to ensure the smooth execution of projects. The role involves site recording, quality control, and health and safety management, among other responsibilities. About the Company
DBR Limited is a specialist conservation company dealing with the cleaning and repair of historic fabric and the regeneration of historic buildings. Our company is well known for its high-quality workmanship, expertise, and dedicated approach to the care of buildings. We work on some of the UK's most notable landmarks, including Grade listed buildings, scheduled monuments, and World Heritage Sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Site recording, including labour returns and daily diaries
- Quality control of works, ensuring adherence to specifications and drawings
- Health and safety management, including toolbox talks, site inductions, and accident reporting
- Daily liaison with clients, stakeholders, and other interested parties
- Supervision of subcontractors and cleaning and conservation teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
