Job RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
Skills and Qualifications:- Compassionate Approach: A genuine commitment to delivering person-centred support, prioritising the well-being and autonomy of service users.
- Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to cope with challenging situations, adapting support plans to meet individual needs.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and service users.
- Competitive Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus enhancements for weekend and overtime working.
- Generous Holiday Entitlement: 30 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays, increasing with service.
