Neurosurgery Senior Complex Spinal Fellow

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Senior Complex Spinal Fellow within our Neurosurgery department. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with a team of 10 clinical, 2 academic registrars, and 3 fellows to provide high-quality patient care.
- Conduct audit and research projects at St George's and other Trust sites.
- Travel between Trust sites and other locations as necessary to fulfill duties.
- Work with the spine MDT coordinator and CNS to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and apply knowledge of spinal surgery to clinical practice.
- Manage databases and image processing systems to generate reliable research and clinical outcome data sets.
- Training in a neurosurgical training program of at least 5 years.
- Developing knowledge of basic science of spinal surgery.
- Computer skills, including database management and image processing.
- Declared interest in spinal surgery.
