NetSuite Consulting Practice Manager

Lead a Growing Portfolio of Customers
As a NetSuite Consulting Practice Manager at Oracle, you will lead a growing portfolio of customers and manage the delivery of subscription consulting services. You will drive team and individual performance to achieve targets and stretch goals against a balanced performance scorecard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of consultants to deliver high-quality services to customers
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive new sales and renewals
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including time approvals, holiday and expense management, and reporting
- Develop and execute new programs, processes, and initiatives to improve customer experience
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting or delivery
- Proven leadership or staff management experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client management skills and ability to work with customers to achieve their business goals
