NetSuite Consulting Practice Manager

Oracle is seeking an experienced NetSuite consulting practice manager to lead our growing portfolio of customers and manage the delivery of subscription consulting services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving team and individual performance to achieve target and stretch goals against a balanced performance scorecard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experienced resources to deliver high-quality NetSuite consulting services to our customers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive new NetSuite sales and renewals.
  • Ensure adherence to highest quality standards and performance metrics for NetSuite delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting or delivery.
  • Proven leadership or staff management experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent client management skills and ability to work with customers to achieve their business goals.
