Job Summary

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Consulting Practice Manager to lead our growing portfolio of ACS customers and manage delivery of subscription consulting services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving team and individual performance to achieve Target and Stretch Goals against a Balanced Performance Scorecard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of experienced resources to deliver high-quality ACS services to our customers.
  • Develop and execute new programs, processes, and ACS initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive new ACS sales and renewals.
  • Ensure adherence to the highest quality standards and performance metrics for ACS Delivery.
  • Work with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive value from their NetSuite application.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer satisfaction feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting or delivery.
  • Proven leadership or staff management experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to achieve their business goals.
