Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Coder to join our team at Oaks Hospital in Colchester. As a Clinical Coder, you will be responsible for accurately coding patient records in accordance with NHS standards.

  • Coding patient records in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines and regulations;
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and complete coding;

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits, including contributory pension scheme, attractive enhancement rates for permanent and bank work, 25 days' annual leave plus eight Bank Holiday days, and access to our employee discount programme.
