The National Skills Agency is seeking a skilled Engineering Assessor to join our team. As an Engineering Assessor, you will be responsible for visiting workplaces to assess apprentices studying the Engineering Apprenticeship Standard. You will need to have an Assessor Award qualification and a background in engineering machining, maintenance, and manufacturing up to Level 4. Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and monitoring of candidates on engineering apprenticeships
- Keep and maintain accurate records of all forms of assessments
- Contribute to teaching theoretical and practical workshop sessions relating to various topics to Engineering/Maintenance apprentices
- Contribute to the development, marketing, and recruitment of courses provided by the School of Science, Technology, Engineering & Professional
Requirements:
- Assessor Award qualification
- Background in engineering machining, maintenance, and manufacturing up to Level 4
- Ability to contribute to teaching and assessment
