About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our Accident Repair Bodyshop Team in Stratford upon Avon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing a wide range of vehicles, using Audatex, and calculating costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs accurately and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess vehicles using Audatex and calculate costings and repair times.
  • Liaise regularly with insurance engineers, write job cards, and communicate with customers.
  • Work to high standards, ensuring vehicles are ready for agreed timescales.
  • Collaborate with the workshop team and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Continuously improve processes and maintain a customer-centric approach.
