Job Title: Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to Heal Care Group's high standards of care and Ofsted expectations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping, with supervision and guidance from team leads and managers.
  • Support the educational and social development of each young person, working collaboratively with our education team to implement individual education plans.
  • Build effective relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies, promoting equal opportunities and challenging any discriminatory behavior.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent, with a willingness to undergo further qualifications.
  • A full UK driving license and ability to work on-site at one of our homes in Sandwell, West Midlands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with young people and their families.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to be part of a dynamic and innovative care team.
