This role involves providing administrative support to our Directors, Managers, and PAs, as well as handling general administration tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing post.

Our company offers a competitive salary of £23,000 + benefits for this position.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to Directors, Managers, and PAs
  • Filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing post
  • Managing databases and spreadsheets
  • Booking meeting rooms and preparing equipment
  • Preparing expense claim forms and ordering couriers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Administrator or Office Assistant
  • Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
