About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Analytics Engineer to join our team at Epsilon. As a key member of our Insights squad, you will be responsible for spearheading our reporting practices and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement unique attribution models to drive business success
  • Apply advanced statistical interpretation methods to identify key drivers of our technology's success
  • Collaborate with commercial teams globally to drive business growth and improve reporting practices
  • Lead innovative projects and data innovation initiatives to drive business value

Requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in big data, multivariate testing, and business intelligence
  • Strong SQL knowledge with practical application
  • Experience in leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to identify improvements to our methodology and processes and lead their implementation
  • Experience in working with Data Scientists to design predictive analytics, machine learning models, and automation infrastructure
  • Ability to discover, transform, test, deploy, and document data sources
  • Knowledge of data transformation pipelines and data warehouse optimization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience applying software engineering best practices to analytics
  • Experience setting up and maintaining Tableau or Looker reporting or similar
  • Experience managing data transformation pipelines through DBT and a warehouse like Databricks or similar
  • Quantitative degree such as Maths, Engineering, Economics, or Physics, or equivalent work experience
