About the role:
This is a full-time, on-site position that requires a strong understanding of the education sector and the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates. You will be responsible for generating new business, sourcing candidates, and using market data and insight to approach clients.
Key responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the education sector
- Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Candidate Sourcing:
- Source and recruit top talent for clients in the education sector
- Use various platforms and networks to identify and engage with potential candidates
Market Insight:
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and insights in the education sector
- Use market data to approach clients and identify new business opportunities
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site role with reduced hours in the school holidays. We offer a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.
