About the Role:

This is a key position responsible for managing site costs and budgets, providing accurate cost estimates, and overseeing the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will have 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying on residential development projects, with a background in either development, subcontracting, or main contracting.

Salary Information:

">

The estimated salary range for this role is £55,000 - £70,000, depending on experience, with additional benefits including private healthcare, car package, fuel card, and 28 days' holiday plus Bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage site costs and budgets to ensure accurate financial control

">

- Provide detailed cost estimates and reports to stakeholders

">

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from start to finish

">

Requirements:

- Degree-qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field

- Minimum 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying on residential development projects

- Strong communication and relationship management skills

- Ability to manage complex project data and provide insightful analysis
