Job Description

Our client, a market leader in the design and build of offsite hybrid engineered structures, seeks a Preconstruction Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The job is hybrid, with work carried out at Head Office, project sites, client design offices, factories, or at home. This role requires strong communication and IT skills, as well as proficiency in Asta PowerProject.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop project solutions using build systems and details to enable project teams to start with clarity.
  • Liaise and communicate with clients during the preconstruction stage.
  • Create logic-based project summary programmes and tailored tracking documents for all phases of projects.
  • Maintain adherence to internal systems, including Asite, Sharepoint, Ynomia, and Novade.
  • Establish project IRS schedules and manage responses and close outs to ensure commercially controlled variations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Preconstruction Manager is essential.
  • A background working with Precast Concrete is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to travel throughout the UK (travel and accommodation will be covered).
  • Proficient in Asta PowerProject and possessing strong communication and listening skills.
  • Working references are necessary, and availability for an interview is also required.

We offer competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
