Nuclear Fuel Management Role Overview

Assystem is seeking a skilled Nuclear Fuel Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. This role involves evaluating vendor offers for nuclear fuel management, degradation, and economics.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

The successful candidate will assess vendor proposals for nuclear fuel performance assessments, draft detailed review reports, develop and issue clarification questions, manage and close vendor clarifications within scope, and report findings to bid review team management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in materials science, engineering, chemistry, or applied physics.
  • Proven experience in nuclear fuel performance assessments for PWR systems.
  • Expertise in fuel degradation and performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of nuclear fuel economics (desirable).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural awareness.

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per annum.
