Job Summary:

As a key member of the healthcare team, you will support healthcare professionals in providing compassionate, high-quality care. This includes assisting patients with personal care, monitoring health, offering emotional support, and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care
    • Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patient dignity and comfort.
    • Report any changes in patient condition to senior staff.
    • Support basic clinical tasks such as wound care under supervision.
  • Emotional Support
    • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients.
    • Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
  • Hygiene & Infection Control
    • Follow infection control procedures to maintain a clean environment.
    • Assist with manual handling and safe transfer of patients.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Record patient observations accurately.
    • Manage clinical supplies and equipment.
  • Teamwork & Communication
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.
    • Maintain open communication with patients, families, and team members.
  • Salary: £26,500 - £36,500 per annum

This role requires empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
