In this role as a part-time Medical Assistant, you will be an integral part of our Swansea Internal Medicine office team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform miscellaneous delegated duties under the supervision of the Office Manager and/or Physician.
  • Assist in examination and treatment of patients, including taking vital signs such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height.
  • Record information on patients' charts or EMR systems.
  • Project a positive image through interactions with patients, maintaining an upbeat attitude and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience with phlebotomy and phone triage is a plus.

What We Offer:

A competitive estimated salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.

Preferred Qualifications include formal training from an accredited Medical Assistant program, CPR Certification, PC/Windows proficiency, and medical coding proficiency.
