About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to a young client with complex health needs.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in care, a solid background in following care plans and protocols, and the ability to drive and have access to a vehicle for school drop-offs and pick-ups.

Working Hours:

A choice of shifts weekly within the times listed.

Monday – Sunday: 06:45 – 16:30, 15:00 – 22:15

Duties:
  • Deliver individualised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, driving to school and daily trips.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Required care experience with a strong foundation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours.
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
