Senior Theatre Manager Role

Are you a motivated and experienced theatre manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Senior Theatre Manager to join our team at Springfield Hospital in Chelmsford. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our 6 operating theatres, ensuring that we deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining efficient operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in theatre management, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. You will also need to demonstrate your ability to lead teams effectively and manage change processes. We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
