We are looking for a seasoned Theatre Manager to join our team in Chelmsford, Essex. As Theatre Manager, you will be responsible for leading the theatre team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
This role involves collaborating with senior teams, consultants, and healthcare professionals to maintain excellent service delivery, mentoring and developing team members, and implementing quality and strategic initiatives within the department.
- Lead and manage the theatre team to achieve exceptional clinical standards and efficiency.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and team performance.
- Mentor and develop team members through training and continuous professional development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor resources and drive team engagement to achieve departmental goals and optimal performance.
Estimated Salary: £68,000 per annum based on industry standards in Chelmsford, Essex
Job Type: Full-time
Requirements:- Qualifications: ODP Level 3 qualification or Registered Nurse.
- Experience: At least three years' experience as a Theatre Manager or Deputy Theatre Manager.
